During the fiscal year ending June 30, 2006, a total of $583,179 in gifts and pledges designated specifically to the College of Law was received.  The endowment principle at market (all endowments combined) was $9,650,992 and $391,230 of the earnings were distributed to the College of Law for scholarships, lectures and visiting legal academicians and practitioners. All of the named endowments listed are set up to provide for a specific program or scholarship in perpetuity and meant to honor the professional and personal lives of each honoree. If you are considering establishing an endowment (the minimum principle level is $25,000), it can be set up over time or with a one-time gift.
