The University of Idaho College of Law is in its tenth decade of graduating leaders in law, business, and public service. We are proud of our tradition of high academic and ethical standards. The College of Law emphasizes quality over quantity, offering a distinctive legal education founded on collegiality and a dedication to the highest ideals of a noble profession. Each student is assured individual attention. The college provides emphases in natural resources and environmental law, business law and entrepreneurship, and advocacy, which includes mediation and dispute resolution.
Our teaching and learning activities seek to engage every student in a transformative journey of discovery and understanding. Whether through an experience in one of our live client clinics, a paid summer internship, or pro bono legal work, students at Idaho do not merely learn how to "think like a lawyer", they learn how to do what lawyers do.
