Academic Support Resource Library
The Academic Support office maintains a resource library of approximately 400 study aids available for student loan.
Library Philosophy Academic Support's Resource Library is maintained to help you learn the skill of using supplemental materials appropriately. The director will try to match you to a study aid appropriate for your learning style and study needs. Be aware that some poor-quality study aids are on the shelves for pedagogical purposes.
Recommended Reading These are the books Academic Support has found most useful for maximizing law school success.
Resource Library Materials The resource library has a good selection of materials for most bar courses, as well as an extensive section on study skills. The greatest selection is for first-year courses. Holdings include hornbooks, treatises, Turning Points, Examples and Explanations, the Understanding series, Q&A, Student Guides, Nutshells, and much more.

Circulation Policy You may check out one item at a time for one day (24 hours). You may renew an item if no one else has requested it. The Director may extend the loan period or restrict the circulation of an item at her sole discretion. Holds may be placed only on items currently checked out.
Borrowing and Returning Study Aids Find the blue library card on the inside back cover, fill it out with TODAY’s date and your name, and place the card in the 3X5 file box next to the office door. The item is due back in one day (24 hours).
Return items to the Academic Support office (Room 123C), or, if the office is closed, to the Student Services Suite, Room 123.
Fines Please return study aids on time. No fines are assessed, but failure to return an item within a reasonable time may violate the Honor Code. Students who abuse the circulation policy may have their borrowing privileges revoked.
