Academic Advising and Student Handbook
Academic Support coordinates the College's academic advising program.  All students are welcome to come to Academic Support for help in planning their academic careers.  Academic Support is also responsible for annual revisions to the Student Handbook.

Academic Counseling
Any law student who wants to achieve his or her personal best in law school can work one-on-one with the director to identify and remove barriers to academic success. Academic counseling is available to all students, whatever their class rank.  Many top students have bettered their already-good performance by learning time-effective study skills.

Academic Skills Workshops
Workshops on key skills for academic success are given by the director, College of Law professors, and other experts. Workshops are open to all students.

Bar Admission Assistance
Academic Support presents bar admissions and bar exam workshops, maintains updated information on the bar admissions process for all 50 states, and sponsors presentations on bar admissions by bar examiners and graders.

Early Welcome Program
Early Welcome is an intensive four-day prematriculation program designed to foster active, collaborative learning and a skills-based approach to law studies.  The program is limited to 25 members of the entering 1L class.  Early Welcome participants reflect the broad diversity of entering students, with grades and LSAT scores that mirror those of the class as a whole.
